Ostrobothnia Police Detain 55-Year-Old Man in 2020 Seinäjoki Homicide; Court Holds Closed Hearing
The Ostrobothnia Police have completed the preliminary investigation into the 2020 homicide of 40-year-old Kai-Pekka Savolainen in Seinäjoki. The case, which began as a missing person inquiry, will now be forwarded to the prosecutor for consideration of charges on suspicion of murder.
