Thunderstorm disrupts level crossings on Raisio–Uusikaupunki railway line
Several level crossings on the railway line between Raisio and Uusikaupunki in Southwest Finland are currently in a fault state due to a thunderstorm, according to Fintraffic’s Traffic Management Centre. The disruptions began at approximately 10:45 PM, when the storm caused safety devices at the crossings to become inoperative.
Both MTV Uutiset and Yle report that the exact duration of the disruptions remains unknown. Authorities have not provided further details on when normal operations will resume.
