Elderly Woman Reported Missing in Lahti
An elderly woman has been reported missing in the vicinity of central Lahti on Sunday afternoon. The Häme Police Department is urging the public to assist in locating her.
The missing woman is described as being 165–170 centimeters tall and slender, with grayish hair that reaches her shoulders. She wears eyeglasses and is noted for her brisk movement and upright posture. According to the police, she may be wearing dark trousers and a light-colored woolen jacket (MTV Uutiset; Ilta-Sanomat).
The police have not provided further details about the circumstances surrounding her disappearance. Authorities are requesting that any sightings of the woman be reported immediately to the emergency center at number 112 (Iltalehti).
