Fatal Electric Aircraft Crash in Hyvinkää Kills Pilot During Refresher Training Flight
A small electric aircraft crashed in Hyvinkää on Monday evening, resulting in one fatality and one serious injury. The incident occurred at approximately 6:50 p.m. when the plane, carrying two individuals, crashed shortly after takeoff near a motor racing track. The victim, a 71-year-old man born in the 1950s, died at the scene, while the other occupant, a 48-year-old man born in the 1970s, sustained serious injuries.
