Police search for missing 70-year-old man from Vihti
Police in Western Uusimaa are appealing for public assistance in locating a roughly 70-year-old man who went missing from Selki in Vihti on Thursday morning. The man left his home at approximately 9:45 AM in a white Hymer-brand motorhome with the registration number HCZ-602.
The missing individual has short, light brown hair and wears glasses. Authorities have released images of both the man and the vehicle to aid in the search. MTV Uutiset and Ilta-Sanomat report that while the man is believed to be traveling in the motorhome, he may also be moving by other means.
Public urged to report sightings
The Western Uusimaa Police are requesting anyone with information about the man’s whereabouts to contact the emergency number immediately. Sightings of either the individual or the motorhome should be reported without delay (Ilta-Sanomat).
The search remains ongoing, and authorities continue to investigate all possible leads.
