10-year-old boy missing in Vantaa’s Jumbo shopping centre
The Eastern Uusimaa Police Department has launched a search for a 10-year-old boy who disappeared in the Jumbo shopping centre in Vantaa on Thursday evening. The boy was last seen in the Prisma store at around 18:00 (Ilta-Sanomat, Iltalehti).
According to police, the boy is wearing a dark blue patterned shirt, black trousers, and light blue Crocs. Authorities describe him as quick in his movements and note that he communicates only through sign language (Ilta-Sanomat).
The police urge anyone who may have seen the missing child to contact the emergency number 112 immediately. The search is ongoing, and authorities have not provided further details on the circumstances of the disappearance.
