Three Men Sentenced for Sexual Offences Against Relatives and Minors
A 70-year-old man from Kuopio has been sentenced to nine months of suspended imprisonment for sexually molesting his mildly intellectually disabled daughter-in-law. The Northern Savo District Court ruled that the man committed three counts of sexual molestation between spring and October 2023, while the victim was working as a personal assistant and visiting his apartment as part of her duties. The court ordered the man to pay the victim €3,000 in compensation for the suffering caused.
