Memorial service held for two young Kaarina residents killed in high-speed traffic accident

A quiet and solemn memorial service was held on Sunday at Kaarina Church for the two young people who died in a traffic accident in Piikkiö, Kaarina, on Friday. The service, attended by around 15 people—mostly young adults and teenagers dressed in black—featured hymns, speeches by chaplain Kristiina Friman, and a heart-shaped wreath where attendees placed flowers. Ilta-Sanomat reports that the atmosphere was subdued, with occasional sniffles heard throughout the ceremony.
