Truck Collision in Jämsä Leaves Cyclist Seriously Injured
A serious traffic accident in Jämsä on Tuesday resulted in life-threatening injuries to a cyclist after a collision with a truck. The incident occurred on Seppolantie as both the truck and the cyclist were traveling in the same direction toward Halli.
Police received an emergency call about the accident at 1:44 PM. According to preliminary information from the Central Finland Police, the truck driver is suspected of aggravated endangerment of traffic safety and aggravated assault causing injury (Iltalehti; Ilta-Sanomat).
