The Finnish Mental Health Association (MIELI) has announced plans to begin change negotiations that could lead to the dismissal of up to 20 employees. The negotiations will affect the organisation’s entire staff, except for crisis work, the Sekasin chat service, and the Victim Support Helpline. MIELI employs approximately 160 people.
