Police van collides with passenger car during emergency response in Oulu
A traffic accident involving a police van and a passenger car occurred on Tulliväylä in Oulu on Tuesday afternoon. The incident took place at approximately 16:05, according to the Oulu Police Department (Helsingin Sanomat).
The police vehicle, an unmarked van used for patrol duties, was responding to an urgent emergency call when the collision happened. The driver attempted to make a U-turn, resulting in a crash with a passenger car traveling in the same direction. A crime report has been filed in connection with the accident. Both the police officer and the driver of the passenger car may be suspected of having committed an offense (Helsingin Sanomat).
